Aims:
This series of conferences attracts leading researchers and practitioners from Asia-Pacific regions and overseas, and focuses on all aspects of
complex systems. The main theme of COMPLEX 09 is “How to Manage Complexity”. Theory and technology presented at Complex'09 will be of
interest to researchers and practitioners who want to know about both theoretical advances and the latest applied developments in Complex
Systems. The conference seeks original research and application papers for peer review publication in any area of Complex Systems.
All accepted papers are included in the conference proceedings (CD-ROM), and selected papers will be published as the special issues of Advances in Complex Systems and Journal of Economic Interaction and Coordination.
